Joyful On Purpose is a blog that’s dedicated to anyone on a healing journey. As a woman who has been clinically diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and severe depression, I have made it my mission to live in such a way that I am known for my joy, anchored in faith, and led by Jesus Christ. My trials have become testimonies. And I am a living, thriving example that we don’t have to continue to settle in a life of mental dysfunction. Like any other health challenge, the battle against a negative mindset can be won with intentional choices, and a spirit that refuses to quit.
